All of our packages are fully private and scheduled on a First Come, First Serve basis. For groups less than 6 we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance and at least 72 hours in advance for groups of 6 or more, payment in full is required within the 72 hour time window if you are booking as a group not online.

Due to the occasional thunderstorm, weather delays or cancellations may happen. Refunds are not granted due to weather. Weather cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional charge for up to 1 year.

We will do our best to accommodate your schedule as we try to reschedule your activity. For those not completing the activity for any reason, you are responsible for the full cost. Your payment will be held for 3 months if you cancel within 72hrs before your scheduled tour. Outside of 72 hours prior, you may reschedule your reservation for no charge. Within 72 hours of your event there will be a $90 rescheduling fee. Rescheduling availability is not guaranteed.
