The Nitty Gritty
Payment is required to reserve your activity package. Reservations cannot be made or confirmed without payment. Reservations are not booked until payment is received.
Reservation Cancellation Policy: Due to the time, staffing requirements and expense of setting up the activities our policy on reservations is to NOT ACCEPT cancellations within 72 hrs of your reserved activity date and time. Please keep this in mind when you are making your reservation for groups less than 6 and at least 72 hours in advance for groups of 6 or more, payment in full is required. Due to the occasional thunderstorm, weather delays or cancellations may happen. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule as we try to reschedule your activity. For those not completing the activity for any reason, you are responsible for the full cost. There is a $50 cancelation fee if you cancel prior to 72hrs before your scheduled tour. You may reschedule your reservation for no charge.
Late Policy: If you arrive late, no extra time will be added to your activity package. Please arrive 15 minutes early. If you fail to show up within 45 minutes of your scheduled time, your activity package will be canceled and your deposit/payment will be kept. No refunds of any kind will be given for not showing up or being late.
Directions to Rappel Arizona site: Map and directions will be provided with deposit confirmation.
Gratuity: Please provide a tip for your guides. Our guides work hard and put in many long hours to insure your adventure is memorable.
Weather: Rappel Arizona cannot guarantee comfortable weather. We do however make every effort to make the outdoor experience as comfortable as possible. Please bring extra water.
Acknowledgement Form: Every Rappel Arizona participant must read and sign our acknowledgement form when you register.
Right to Cancel: Rappel Arizona reserves the right to cancel an activity and kept deposit/payment for the following reasons. RapAZ staff feel participants are physically or mentally/emotionally unable to complete the activity. RapAZ staff feel participants are not listening or following directions or are treating staff in a rude or disrespectful manner.
